CHILDREN:
• No children are allowed in the salon unless they are also receiving a service.
• The primary reason for this policy is to protect children from potential injuries caused
by the salon environment. This is also a place for adults to come and relax so this policy
is in place to ensure everyone is satisfied but mostly safe.
• As we are concerned with you and your children's safety, we strictly prohibit
unsupervised children in the salon. In emergency situations, please provide proper
supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.
PETS:
• Pets are not allowed unless they are registered as service animals.
• Per the board of health, we are unable to accommodate pets on your visit unless it is a
service animal.
CELL PHONE:
• The salon is a small sanctuary. a very small sanctuary. So, we ask cell phone calls to
be kept to minimum and speakerphone/facetime not be used!
• Avoid taking calls during your visit, we would love for you to fully enjoy the experience!
CANCELLATIONS:
• I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Failure to notify will result in a 50% fee will apply to your next appointment.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS:
• We reserve the right to charge for any appointments missed without notice.
• Failure to cancel an appointment and/or no-shows will be required to pay 50% of the
services scheduled.
LATE ARRIVALS:
• Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to
reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
• All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you
15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a "no-
show" and will be treated as a missed appointment.
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS:
• Payments accepted are Zelle and Venmo. I appreciate your continued love and
support.
• If you have any trouble making an appointment, please contact the salon number.
CORRECTION & WARRANTY:
• We take pride in our work. Above all else we want you to love the way you look and feel
after your services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, or your service allows us to
make the proper adjustments. Please contact the salon within 3 days of your
service. After 3 days a complimentary adjustment will not be considered. and
additional service fees may result.
RIGH TO REFUSE SERVICES:
• We have the right to refuse any client who displays violent or disrespectful actions.
• We can also refuse to service a client when we believe the expectations cannot be
reached or negotiated.
LOST & STOLEN ITEMS:
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or items left behind.
REFUND:
• All products and services are non-refundable.
• Appointments for nail adjustments may be made within 3 days of service.
